Refund and dispute policy

Thank you for choosing AuthenticGraphicDesigns a division of SupremeTeam Media LLC for your graphic design needs! We strive to deliver high-quality, creative solutions that meet your specific requirements. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy outlines our refund and dispute procedures to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both parties.

All rush orders (needed within 24 to 48hrs) will require a 50% deposit, as well as a rush fee, and balance must be paid within 24hrs of invoice date. Deposits are non-refundable. All Print and Apparel Invoices must be paid in full up front. (Failure to pay Invoice within time allotted will result in a $50 late charge NO EXCEPTIONS).



Full Refund:

We offer a full refund if:

  • The project has not yet been started.
  • We are unable to meet the agreed-upon project timeline due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Partial Refund:

We may offer a partial refund if:

  • The project is canceled after work has begun but before final approval. The refund amount will be determined by the percentage of work completed, at our discretion.
  • The final design does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, as outlined in the project contract, and we are unable to rectify the issue to your satisfaction after a reasonable number of revisions (typically 3).

No Refund:

We will not be able to offer a refund if:

  • The project has been completed and you have provided final approval.
  • The revisions requested after final approval significantly deviate from the originally agreed-upon design concept.
  • You cancel the project due to reasons beyond our control, such as a change in your own requirements or a delay on your end.

Disputes:

If you have any concerns about the project or believe there is a reason for a refund beyond what is outlined in this policy, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the final design. We encourage you to clearly communicate your concerns and desired outcome. We will work diligently to address your concerns and find a solution that is fair and reasonable for both parties.

  • This policy applies to all graphic design services offered by AuthenticGraphicDesigns
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be available on our website.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
